If I miss a week, can I combine previous week’s orders with the following week for collection?
We completely understand that things can get busy. However, please note that any missed collections will not be carried over, and we’re unable to combine orders for future weeks.

Am I able to pause my subscription for a week or a month?
We recommend having someone else collect your orders in your absence.

Is it possible to switch to self-collection after paying for delivery?
We will proceed with the delivery as scheduled. You are welcome to switch to self-collection starting from the following week.

Can I cancel my subscription?
For weekly subscription there is a minimum commitment of 4 weeks, after which you are free to cancel at anytime.

Can my friend collect on my behalf?
Yes, simply provide your details to our staff.

Can I add on more orders?
You can add on items only when you purchase in-store, and this will be subject to the availability of the bread flavours.

If i did not select my orders, can I walk-in to collect?
You will have access to a portal to select your collection, but please note that the walk-in option will depend on the availability of bread flavors.

Is it possible to switch to deliver?
There will be a top up of $2 for delivery during checkout. We kindly ask that you inform us at least 2 days in advance. If notice is provided with less time, we we reserve the right to decline your request.
